My stay at Casa Lima B&B was delightful! The owner, Nelson, made me feel like family with his warm hospitality and constant attentiveness. Every morning featured a wonderful breakfast of fresh juice, local fruit, and coffee, giving a perfect start to my days.
Some areas need minor updates.

i arrived at this supposed 'luxury' B&B but was greeted with bugs in my room and an air conditioning system that barely worked, absolutely disapointing. i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade for sure, but none was offered. it’s a wonder they call this a guesthouse when it feels more like a temporary shelter. just couldn’t leave a good review.

The tranquil garden created a beautiful atmosphere, but the bed could have been more comfortable. Enjoyed the evening walking tours nearby.

The grounds are beautifully decorated, with lovely gardens and turtles that create a unique ambiance. Ricky provided outstanding service by assisting with taxi arrangements and offering local tips. However, the room could use some improvement, as the bed was uncomfortable and the hot water was inconsistent. This place is good for short stays and those exploring the area.

colorful gardens, joyful Koi fish pond, very clean rooms
With an air conditioner that barely works, a room without a fridge as advertised, and a window that doesn’t seal completely, it's hard to enjoy your stay!!! Improvements in room size and adequate food storage would make a huge difference!!!

Charming stay in a lush garden
The moment we arrived, Nelson welcomed us warmly, adding to the cozy feel of Casa Lima. The gardens were a lovely spot to relax, and the banana pancakes were a must-try at breakfast!
That said, the shower water was lukewarm, which was disappointing. The room decor could use a refresh to enhance the overall ambiance, yet it didn't overshadow our delightful stay.

The gardens feature turtles and koi, providing a unique outdoor experience. The banana pancakes are a highlight worth trying despite a light breakfast offering.
The two-bedroom apartment felt dark with no windows in the bedrooms and had poor air conditioning that struggled to cool the space. There was also a lack of basic kitchen items—no coffee maker and limited dishes which made cooking difficult. The shower had inconsistent hot water, and the toilet didn't refill properly post-flush, making for an unpleasant stay. Additionally, the weak Wi-Fi made it hard to stay connected.

This place had such a cozy vibe, with the wonderfully decorated inner courtyard featuring a fish pond and some vibrant birds. I loved just lounging in the peaceful garden while enjoying a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The only downside was the bed could've been a bit softer for better sleep, but overall, I highly recommend checking it out for a relaxing getaway. 😊

The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging tours and providing local insights. The gardens were a serene escape, perfect for enjoying breakfast with fresh-baked bread and tropical fruit.
Though the shower could use better water pressure. and the room's interior felt a bit dated.

would definitely come back here.
The Junior Suite was spacious and had a private bathroom, nice flat-screen TV, and a comfy seating area. Breakfast was simple but included good rolls and fruit. Location was quiet and close to the US embassy. Staff were super polite and really helpful with all our needs.
